Refunds and Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are damaged (not due to our error or our supplier’s error), have missing parts, past 30 days of purchase, or are final sale are not eligible for a return. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and prize winnings from contests.
To complete your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line Return and Refund. You can provide with details of your purchase and the reason for the return. We do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with an approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or gift card if requested. If you are rejected, we will provide a reason why along with options on what to do next.
Late or missing refunds
We will process your refund as soon as we inspect the item and email you with our decision. If you have been approved for a refund and have not received funds, please check with you bank as funds can take up to 5-7 business days for it to process. Same goes with any credit companies and third-party payment providers such as paypal etc. If after several business days have passed and you have checked with your bank regarding the refund please contact us at email@example.com subject line missing refund and we will investigate this issue further.
We will gladly replace items if they are defective and/or damaged due to supplier error. We will also gladly swap items of the same price if you are not happy with the item you received. If you need to exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org subject line exchange. In the email, provide us with your details of your purchase and the item you would like to swap for (if it is different from the item you bought) .We will require a proof or purchase or receipt in order for the exchange to be processed.
If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Email us at email@example.com subject line gift return in order for us to process it. You will be required to provide us with details in the email in order for us to return the item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during checkout, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. You will then be responsible in coordinating with them for your refund or exchange if applicable.
5. Shipping your Return or Exchange
To return and/or exchange your product, be sure to email us first so we can provide you with additionally shipping instructions. Under management’s discretion, you may or may not be responsible for paying for your shipping cost when returning or exchanging the item.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you. You can track your package on our website just like with regular orders. If you still have questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
